Restaurant Manager
We are recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to lead the team at Vines Brasserie, taking responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high standards of service in our 70 seat restaurant & private dining events, creating fantastic memories for our guests.

You will manage the department whilst reporting and working alongside the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure customer service is delivered at all times.

To be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests while demonstrating excellent food & wine knowledge.

Have the ability to establish rapport whilst demonstrating a genuine approachable manner.

To be able to lead & motivate

Previous experience at a similar level is essential.

Looking for an experienced Housekeeper who has 5* standards and is used to working in a very small team.
The ideal candidate for this housekeeper position must have very high cleaning standards , be quick and efficient in the role and have very good communication skills and like working with the public.
The role of housekeeper requires a very welcoming and cheery personality and ability to work well as part of a team and communicate with all departments.

Up to 25 hours per week over 5 days, hours to suit business requirements

Looking for motivated, friendly staff that will be responsible for working in all areas of Food and Beverage as needed to deliver an excellent guest experience, while consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service. Working 5 days out of 7, shift patterns may vary, but would include weekends.
