Saturday 18th May with the epic Oscar winning Bohemian Rhapsody

Join us for our first outdoor cinema night in partnership with Luna Flix, sit back under the stars and make it a night to remember.

Lawn Ticket – £15                            VIP Ticket – £25

Choose from our lawn tickets or upgrade your experience to our VIP option and enjoy a reserved seat on our Patio with a complimentary glass of bubbles on arrival with access to Vines Brasserie Menu 6-8pm & waiter service.

Vines Bar will be open for cocktails, lagers & prosecco & soft drinks plus a Warner Edwards Gin Bar from 6pm to ticket holders with a selection of cinema snacks available to purchase including popcorn & hot dogs from 8pm.

Vines Brasserie will also be available from 6-8pm for guests wishing to eat before the film, these tables are limited & must be booked in advance.

How do I purchase ticket?
Tickets are available to purchase via reception at Barton Hall Hotel either by phone or in person where you will receive a confirmation either via email or by hand. Please ensure that you have your proof of purchase when you arrive.

 Are special accommodation packages available?
Reduced rates from £70 including full English breakfast are available exclusively to our Screen on the Lawn attendees.

What time should I arrive and when does the film start?
The film will start at approximately 9.30pm as we need the sun to be setting. You can arrive from 6pm  on the evening to secure your spot on the lawn (as they are unallocated and work on a first come first served basis) and also to make the most of the cinema food and drink that is available.

What food and drink will be available?
A choice of cinema style food and drink will be available serving light snacks including popcorn & hot dogs with Vines Bar open for cocktails & lager plus a Warner Edwards Gin Bar.
Tables can also be reserved in Vines Brasserie from 6-8pm for cinema guests wishing to eat before the film.

Can I bring my own food and drink?
We respectfully ask you to refrain from bringing your own food and drinks appreciating that Barton will be serving food and refreshments throughout the evening.

What do VIP Tickets Include
VIP tickets include table and chairs on our main patio, including a glass of bubbly on arrival. Waiter service, access to Vines Brasserie menu from 6-8pm.
VIP tickets must be taken as tables of 4 guests, reserved from 6pm.

What do I do in the instance of bad weather?
As you know, our lovely British weather can be not so lovely at times. So, as with most outdoor cinema events, Cinema on the Lawn is an all-weather event and screenings will still go ahead if rain is forecast. We hope that the weather will be great but if not bring extra layers and waterproofs. The cinema night will only be cancelled in the event of excess strong winds, this will be decided on the day by Luna Flix, in this instance tickets will be refunded.

Can I bring a chair?
Please feel free to bring a picnic chair, blankets, bean bags to sit on. To avoid blocking other people’s view of the screen, those on high back chairs may be asked to sit nearer to the side or back.

Age restrictions?
Chidren under 12ys of age will not be allowed to attend due to the age rating of Bohemian Rhapsody.

Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted out of respect to other audience members.

Will there be parking available?
There is a car park on site for guests however we do have limited spaces so we do ask that where possible cars are shared and we request when leaving, that you respect our hotel guests and neighbours.
